Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 16, 2026

At Tettra, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the policy below.

1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including oils, personal care items, and similar products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened oils or fragrance products
  • Used candles or incense
  • Opened personal care or bath products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
